Boris Navochkov grew up near me, so I have been shooting him since early in his high school career. Originally from Bulgaria, Navochkov brought a mixed bag of styles to the mat, including a calm and poised confidence. He’s a two-time CA state champ, and is a NCAA runner-up for Cal Poly.
